The condition of the washroom was my first disappointment; it had not been cleaned properly prior to my arrival, which is a basic expectation from any establishment. Further compounding the issue was a non-functional flush, a critical oversight that should never occur in a hospitality setting. The room's air conditioning unit was another source of discomfort, producing a constant, loud noise that made it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully. Additionally, the staff's service left much to be desired. It became evident during my stay that the staff lacked adequate training, as they seemed unprepared to address these issues effectively, contributing to a frustrating experience overall. This visit was a letdown, and it's clear that significant improvements are necessary for the Phoenix hotel to live up to its name of 'Unmatched Comfort'.
