My stay at the Phoenix - Unmatched Comfort hotel was unfortunately far from the promised experience. The condition of the washroom was my first disappointment; it had not been cleaned properly prior to my arrival, which is a basic expectation from any establishment. Further compounding the issue was a non-functional flush, a critical oversight that should never occur in a hospitality setting. The room's air conditioning unit was another source of discomfort, producing a constant, loud noise that made it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully. Additionally, the staff's service left much to be desired. It became evident during my stay that the staff lacked adequate training, as they seemed unprepared to address these issues effectively, contributing to a frustrating experience overall. Its a great property, at a great location and many great things to do and explore nearby. Value for money, professional staffs and of course a property with lots of positivity. Beautiful hotel situated in the heart of city. The room was neat and clean. The staff was courteous. Food was good too. It's definitely worth spending every penny.
